Norris Lakefront Condo in Deerfield Resort

Welcome to our home on Norris Lake. We are located in Deerfield Resort, a gated family owned and operated Resort. Just a short drive from I-75 exit 134.

Our condo is waterfront with gorgeous views of the water and mountains of East TN. We have 3 bedrooms completely furnished with 2 full baths. The master suite has a king size bed, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and its own glass door access to the covered deck where the views are breathtaking! Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Additional queen size inflatable bed onsite. All towels and linens are provided. We are equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

We have a smart TV in the living room with wifi service.

The condo is ground level with two parking spots available right outside our entryway. There are four small steps to get into our home.

Now the even better part! Our deck has views that will make you want to stay forever! We enjoy the covered deck rain or shine. The sunrise and sunset from this balcony will take your breath away. Balcony furniture includes 2 four top patio tables and chairs along with additional seating overlooking the pool. A Weber gas grill with provided propane tanks available for guest use. We are an end unit so more private than most.

A short walk down the stairs to the left of the front door will take you to the lake and boat slip. The slip size is 10X26. The boat slip is included in the nightly rental charge.

The condo complex has its own private pool overlooking the lake. A heater for the pool, new lighting, and a rock retaining wall with bench seating were renovated in 2025. Plenty of lounge chairs are available. Our condo is directly next door to the pool. Part of our balcony overlooks the pool area.

We are situated in the same cove as Deerfield Marina. This is where you will launch you boat and park your trailer for a small fee. A rented slip can also be purchased from the marina (if you need an additional slip). Nearby marinas provide boat rentals. The closest marina is Springs Dock. It is one cove away by boat and a ten minute drive on land.

Deerfield Resort is a complete gem on Norris Lake. We have so much to offer! The Resort has a gated entrance where you must provide the address and dates of your vacation. We have a private air strip, community pool, new tennis and pickleball courts (bring your gear!), basketball court, kids playground. Our 18 hole golf course is stunning. Call the clubhouse to schedule your tee time.

Grab your groceries and no need to leave the resort until the vacation is over!!
