"DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! "

They told us the villa was being used by somebody else, even though we had rented it. We refused and asked them rectify the problem. Once we got in the villa. "It was the worst experience ever. I took my whole family from Texas and Virginia (13 of us total) for a 4-day weekend and ended up leaving the next day. Our rooms were old and dirty. This place needs to be updated. I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. The surrounding area was awful. They let the dogs run and pooped around the beach. Owners don't clean up after their pets. We will never book this place again. The website is misleading."

"Staff were very nice and welcoming and check-in was a breeze! The room was very spacious and comfortable and when we needed an ironing board and a hairdryer they delivered it to us. The breakfast that we had in the morning was delicious and a great size! It was a lovely trip and short stay and my fiancé and I look forward to coming back :)"

"Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking. "
