Relaxing stay

Beautiful views

We were there for a short weekend stay for an event in the area. Wish we had more time to spend and enjoy the beautiful views from the property. Everything was great with the room. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

My son and I stayed here during the PBR National Championship. Everything was better than expected! Wonderful hosts, clean and easy check in/out. My son loved jumping in the pool after a hot day of baseball. I truly wish we would’ve found this place before staying other places.

Great place to stay for a weekend

The studio was spacious and had great views of the surrounding mountains. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.

Staying on this property was a wonderful blessing! My son and I were down there for a baseball tournament and we were far enough away to relax, but close enough to make everything work. The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. The view and surroundings were amazing!I would highly recommend this property to anyone and if I have to go back to Georgia, I will definitely be booking this property!Thank you!

Perfect

My son and I stayed for 6 days for a baseball tournament. Great place to come back to every day. Everything you'll need, they have. The owners were terrific and the property is amazing and others have said it perfectly.... pictures don't describe how beautiful it was. From the pool area, to the studio we stayed in, the grounds, and the privacy you'll have. So glad we stayed here.

Light and Comfortable Barn Loft Experience

My stay with Dawn at the studio loft was fantastic! Very clean and quiet with everything I could need at my fingertips. My rental car battery died and Dawn was right there to help me with a jump and words of encouragement. The snacks and coffee setup were superb. I even had a sweet kitty friend visit which was much needed. Great environment on a beautiful farm with helpful, friendly individuals hosting. I will definitely be back!

My son and I had the pleasure of renting this apartment during a basketball tournament trip. We both enjoyed ourselves very much. It was peaceful, the grounds were beautiful and an added bonus was the great snacks the owners provided! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Cozy stay on cold, windy days

My husband and I stayed at this above-garage apartment while in town for a James Patterson book tour in Woodstock. The weather was very cold and windy, but that made us enjoy the warmth and coziness of the furnishings even more. Overall, the apartment was perfect for our needs--we especially loved the fireplace. The owners were personable and helpful, very available and responsive. The views on this property are stunning. We highly recommend this VRBO and will be back ourselves in the next one to two years.

Peaceful retreat

This studio is huge but yet very calming and cozy. It has everything you need and a well designed space. As you drive up to the property, you think you’re on top of the highest mountain. It feels like you are miles away, but you are just a short ride to all kinds of attractions. The expansive view is gorgeous. We enjoyed walking around the area and visiting the animals Must see and do: Savoy Museum, Drowned Valley Brewery, downtown Cartersville, Booth Westeen Museum. Lots of shops and eateries downtown all of which are amazing. .

Home away from home!

We have been visiting Cartersville for over 6 years and this is the first time we decide to stay in a Arbnb and I will NEVER stay at a hotel again. Dawn was an amazing host. She’s very attentive responded quickly. It made sure you had everything we arrive in early mornings and we didn’t have to stop at a store because she had some amenities and snacks for us which made it amazing .,The bed was super comfortable and had a bunch of extra pillows. Everything was perfect and the view was breath taken. This is a hidden Gem !

Comfortable bed and amazing view

Upon arrival I would say the property itself was needing some TLC-weeds were in the concrete cracks and the overall place seemed a bit dated compared to the online photos. The bed and studio furniture were really comfortable, the kitchen had just the right utensils and items needed for our stay, the basket of snacks and cold drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. The screaming goat had us laughing every time we were outside. The pool was nice and the entertainment space was beautiful-I only wished we were able to host more than 2 people, because those spaces could easily hold many more! We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful get-a-way to just take in the area and relax!

Loved it

We loved this little spot, and our stay was way too short - we'll be back. It was so comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed just sitting out in the pavilion loving on one of the cats! This time of year was gorgeous in the trees too. Beautiful place.

Incredible Romantic Getaway

Despite the beautiful pictures it was hard to believe just how scenic and mountainous the view was until I saw it in person. This is an absolutely incredible place that I will look forward to visiting again!

Blissful View and Great Host

Llama Llama where’s the drama? There is none. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Why the Llama comment? There are two of them on the property and goats and some donkeys who all enjoy a view that will take your breathe away. The photos the host has on the description truthfully do not do this property justice. The pool area is beyond wonderful as is the pool house. While you are in the country you are not far from what you need as the nicest Kroger I’ve ever been in is only 4 miles away as are numerous other options. The unit is spacious and well-equipped for 2-3 people. We woke up each day and made breakfast and then went about our day to explore Cartersville, GA and the surrounding area. The host is incredibly nice and her communication is fast and gracious. She wants you to have a great time and enjoy their beautiful property. I felt like I was a valued friend other than a customer. 100% when we return and we will, this will be my fist option to stay. I’m reluctant to share how wonderful it is because I don’t want everyone to know how great it is and it will be be booked when we return :)
