"Definitely staying here again on our next visits to Lake Tahoe. The staff from check in, to during and check out were so friendly and sweet. Also, big bonus the rooms are super clean!!! Perfect room with a little kitchen area and recliner and desk. Have no complaints what so ever! Maybe for some people they want a gym or pool. They don’t have one but I didn’t mind. The cleanliness made up for it"

"First of all, every single staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and attentive and went out of their way to help us. Loved the lobby decorations (Halloween) and the extra food options (social hour late afternoon). The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and we were glad the jacuzzi temp was not too hot. Our 2 kids with us LOVED the pool-would be nice to have pool toys/noodles available for them to play with. Loved the to-go option for breakfast, as we couldn't stay to eat each...

"The rooms are not very sound proof and the beds aren’t the best but for the price this hotel was clean! The staff were quick and efficient! The pool was nice! And this is a great central location "

"It was fine for a quick overnight. The room needed some updating. There is a gap under the door to the outside and chipping in the bathtub. The bed was squeaky with had an old mattress. The room wasn't cleaned the best as there was something sticky on the floor by the sink. The staff was very nice and the pool looked amazing but I didn't have time to check it out."
