On the first floor, North side (forest): 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 king-size beds 180×200cm, 2 single beds 90×200cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilets. South side (sea): Living room, dining room, and kitchen with stunning views, all surrounded by a balcony. Barbecue area and outdoor dining table for 10 guests.

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (queen-size beds 160×200cm) sharing a lounge area with a television, opening onto the garden. Laundry room, fitness equipment, shower room, and separate toilets.

Outside, Sea side: Shaded dining area and outdoor lounge with sun sails. Multi-level wooden deck with jacuzzi, Balinese bed, and sun loungers. Heated pool (5×12m). Forest side: Pétanque court, trampoline, and direct access to the Sabatière forest for hiking.
