This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.
Walk or ride your bike to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two lots across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana lots.
PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have quick access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your house manual & guidebook. If you need help accessing this info or have a question please keep ALL communication via the AirBnb app - this is what they prefer we do.

Please treat our place like it is your own
Leave shoes at the door to reduce the amount of sand in the unit
No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furniture ok)
Please do not feed birds off the balcony
Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
It is prohibitive to allow children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES!
