We truly enjoyed our stay. The place has all the essentials plus some (but don't forget your hair dryer! That was the only thing they didn't have). Everything was clean. The host is awesome, communication was top tier, very personable. The location: the location is honestly perfect. Just across the street is a public beach access, so you don't have to walk very far to get to the beach! The boardwalk isn't super close, but that is actually better in my opinion as it is less crowded! The boardwalk is about 1.25 miles away. When we go to the beach we like to walk as much as possible because parking can get expensive. We walked to the boardwalk, and back every afternoon. We are in our 30s and able bodied, so this wasn't a hard task for us, and counted as our exercise while on vacation.. if you don't care to exercise while on vacation that's totally understandable, in that case you might prefer to drive to the boardwalk. I've stayed at quite a few places at CB and this place is definitely in my top 3. I look forward to coming back!
