This was our first time renting ocean front (we've always done 1 or 2 rows back), and with the kids... WOW, what a difference. Nothing beats the convenience of being able to walk down one flight of stairs and strait to the the sand. Parking is a dream, including being able to unload / load right at the stairs. There's a lockable storage closet on the ground level, great for stashing chairs / coolers / etc so you don't have to drag them up and down every day.
Walking distance to just about everything you need (including coffee shops, restaurants, beach shops, ice cream, bait and tackle, etc) and really short driving distance to grocery stores, walmart, etc for all of those "oops we forgot" things.
The condo itself is great, but nothing compares to having a furnished porch overlooking the water. Private bathroom in the master bedroom and second hall bathroom next to the second bedroom, kitchen furnished with newer appliances which were all very clean upon arrival. taking a nap on the overstuffed couch with the screen door open and the sound of the waves in the background is a dream come true.
We had one small maintenance issue (one of the posts on the railing was loose. only an issue because we have a 3 year old!) and within an hour of calling about it, someone was at the door to fix it! All inquiries to the office were answered promptly and professionally. Check in is a breeze with keyless entry and text confirmations.
As some of the reviews mentioned, there are some uneven spots on the floor which weren't an issue for us, but may be for someone with mobility issues. Not a knock against the property as there's not a whole lot you can do about it, more of a heads up.
