Beware. Multiple safety and cleanliness issues
This property has multiple issues and was a huge disappointment! The “sleeper sofa” is a stained and dirty couch that had damaged mattress springs, a large mysterious stain, a stained mattress cover and sheets. Stained, ripped towels! We had to buy inflatable mattresses and all new linens and pillows.The bathroom is VERY small like a cruise ship cabin and also why you don’t see more photos of it (only the half bath is shown!) ! The door between bathrooms doesn’t open all the way (maybe 2 feet only to squeeze through) and gets jammed on the floor. Lights flicker when power is used and we got shocked by bathroom GFI outlet just plugging a hair dryer in. Overall the place wasn’t clean or in good shape. I had to take photos and videos to send to VRBO and owner on the first day! I spent a good deal of time communicating issues. Robin, the owner was responsive and offered us a full refund to checkout on day 2 of our 5 day stay but with plans already in place for the week and no where else to stay after unpacking and setting up with 2 teens, we could check out 1 day early and are offered 100 refund. Beach access is not easy to use- there’s no walkway right there even though you are across the way- instead there are huge rocks that are hard to navigate for any age. Lack of space and the bathroom design makes this challenging for 2 people let alone 4. Walls are damaged, there are plumbing issues, and the stairs have lots of rusty nails and damaged wood boards to access so beware.
