• Swim with a buddy present—no solo swimming

• Grilling happens at the ground-level grill, not on decks or balconies
• Quiet hours: 9 PM–7 AM, per Carolina Beach town rules (blame the town, not us)
• Three exterior cameras: one on the roof overlooking the pool and one above each garage door overlooking the carports. Cameras are on during stays

Easy checkout: start the dishwashers, take out the trash, and we’ll do the rest—no stripping beds.
