"Overall it was an ok stay but we don’t have enough towels or an extra toilet paper roll in room and the bed was very hard and shower head was very small also they should offer bacon for breakfast besides that things were pretty clean staff was nice and it was convenient also nice that they have pool and hot tub and it’s open till 11 bs other places that close it early that was really nice feature also the tv swivel was nice and the fridge microwave and rest of room I also liked the pegs on the dresser drawer to hang clothes jackets etc and the shelf it had for a suitcase was very handy "

"Breakfast was decent. (sadly no bacon when we were there) Gym was really small and disappointing, nowhere close to what they have on their website (it was one treadmill, one recumbent bike, one bench and dumbbells going all the way to 50 lbs and no real space to work out) The room was as expected, no complaints there."

"The pool is an outdoor pool so closing winter and.no hot tub. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet had a share of heavy foods and fruits and yogurts so there are options. Easy parking. "

"One of he elevators wasn’t working and the front staff did not tell us that. It felt like I was sharing a room with the people next-door. I could literally hear their conversations the whole night and they were arguing back and forth. The heating system would turn on really loud and it was worse at night time because it was quiet. "

"We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. Another issue we booked for 4 people, the pull out couch didn't have an sheets or blankets on it and there were no extras in the closets or draws so we used some of the blankets on the beds as it was late an didn't bother calling the front desk to wait to get some sent as we just wanted to sleep. Then in the morning we didn't realize it until going to shower we were only provided 3 towels so we had to improvise there as well as one of us used a smaller one to dry off. But other than that it was a great stay an might stay again if in the area as it's close to the shopping malls. "
