The guest suite occupies the West side of the house and has its own separate entry. We share the building and live on East side of the house so we are a quick text away to offer help and local advice if desired. You will have complete privacy during your stay.
The outside patio/deck has outdoor couches, tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor entertaining. .
Please note: Outdoor furniture cushions are brought in during winter months.
*Eco-friendly cleaning and non toxic / laundry products used.
*Bed linens and towels are washed with unscented, hypoallergenic detergent that is made for sensitive skin.
*Our suite is professionally cleaned between each guest, windows are kept open during cleaning and if weather permits windows can be left open for arrival as well for additional ventilation. We have an HEPA air filter running upon your arrival. Our cleaners sanitize all surfaces that guests touch and wear masks and gloves during cleaning.
*A/C and heat are central which can be controlled via an app on the suite tablet. We also provide an additional space heater for guests in case it is needed in the winter months.
*There are security cameras in the front area of the house as well as the guest suite entrance.
*This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Therefore, it is not suitable for parties or playing loud music.
Guest access
Parking:
Maximum of two cars can be parked on the gravel area in the front of the property.
Check-in:
Upon arrival, guests will be given a unique code for the keyless entry lock on the front door.
Guests will have full access to the unfenced backyard/hot tub//swings/etc.
Other things to note
Important house rules:
1. No parties or unauthorized guests, pets. Violation will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund.
2. No smoking indoors or outdoors (AirBnb rules and fine strictly enforced). Violators will be asked to leave with no refunds.
3. No outdoor shoes inside.
4. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am, out of courtesy for our neighbors.
5. No last-minute late checkout request as our cleaner is scheduled to start at 11 am.
We prioritize providing a safe place for our guests, where we follow the strict guidelines that Airbnb recommended for enhanced cleaning and disinfecting. Hand sanitizer, spray disinfectant alcohol wipes and other cleaning supplies are provided.
We get occasional power/internet outages. If this occurs, our electrical generator will be turned on in approximately 10-15 min, however the internet may not return for several hours.
Cell service by our property maybe weak. However, guests can connect to WiFi for better cell service.
