  • We are so excited to bring to market The Carlton Collection. Another new remodeled luxury property in downtown Carlton. One of the best areas in the Willamette Valley.

    Sister property to The Main House (7264135) next door and also Red Hills Vista House (4257106) in Dundee.

    Complete studs-out remodel with luxury finishes including new bed, linens, towels and housewares. Living room has a 55" flatscreen TV and the Master with a 49". Smell the bakery in the morning (3 doors down), tasting rooms across the street and also within 1/2 a block.

This is a great cottage to stay while visiting Oregon wine country in or near Carlton. The location is right in downtown Carlton with many restaurants, cafes, and tasting rooms blocks away.

Darling house in a great location

This house is perfect for a single adult or couple traveling together. The location could not be beat. A quick walk to everything downtown as well as several tasting rooms.

My wife and I stayed at the cottage for three nights. Wonderful location, would definitely recommend. Carlton is a cute little town. Several wine tasting rooms and a few restaurants.

Visiting the Valley

First time visiting the Willamette Valley and chose Carlton as a central location. This house provided a great location to the wineries and also some good restaurants in Carlton. The house was clean and newly built. Would stay there again.

Cute place, peefect size and location

First time to Willamette Valley, but often tea el to wine areas. Super cute tiny townhouse that is extremely walkable to numerous wine tasting rooms, a distillery and many restaurants. Loved being able to walk around town or hop in the car and be in McMinnville in 10 minutes.

The cottage is the perfect size for one or two people; compact but comfortable. Perfect location - close to a coffee shack, a bakery, and Cuvée Bistro. What more could you ask for? :-)

Great stay in wine country!

Cute little cottage in the heart of wine country. It was a perfect getaway for my wife & I to celebrate her birthday. Great location, 2-minute walk to good restaurants and tasting rooms. Short drive to some of the best wineries in the region. The cottage is clean, cozy and beautifully done. Scott & Keri were great to work with, and we appreciated the stay, it was just what we needed for a couple's getaway. Highly recommend.

Carlton Wine Weekend

We had a great time in Carlton over a long weekend. The house was adorable and the perfect space for two people. It’s located in the heart of downtown…steps away from a French bakery and a handful of other restaurants. The space was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I would stay here again or recommend to a friend!

A wonderful cottage in Oregon Wine Country

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay as a launching off point to explore the Willamette Valley wine country and couldn't have found a better spot! The cottage is just off of the main street in Carlton, and it's just a stone's throw from some lovely restaurants and wineries. The place was cozy, lovely, comfy and very clean. Such a lovely spot to relax. Plus the host was very accommodating and responsive, professional and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cottage

The Cottage

Wonderful time visiting Carlton. The Cottage was perfect for 2. Very quiet, new and very clean. Enjoyed a long weekend of relaxing and wine of course. Great dining in Carlton is all within walking distance. Our host Scott did a great job and very responsive. Look forward to our next trip!

Impressive Luxury Cottage

This perfect two person cottage was so clean, quaint and every amenity was covered. For the size of it, we were shocked at how everything, albeit small, was there. The queen size bed may be the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. It felt like a brand new home and so cute. Great shower too. The host was in touch with us making sure our needs were met. We would highly recommend this home.
