「It is a very conveniently located inside the park. However, there was no hot water during night time and we only find out when we prepare for shower. Hot water resumes the following morning. The rooms also have no tv and wifi. Hence, will need to be mentally prepared and think of some entertainment for the small kids. The restaurant staffs were great but the kitchen was understaff with only 1 chef and we waited more than 30 min for our food. 」

「The mountainous view from the chalet decks just can’t be beat! My only complaint is where they chose to park RVs for summertime help. none the less, it’s easy to tune out the rigs if you stay in an upper chalet. Fully equipped. Our unit also had a heated bathroom floor which was a bonus. Self check in work well and the on-site manager was additionally very helpful. Suite was within an Older building with a slight stale smell that dissipated once the room was aired out. Better stale air...

「As a 54 year old man, I’m finally learning about self-care. My therapist strongly suggested a quiet retreat by myself. This cabin was perfect! Very quiet. Close to the cute town of Packwood. Plenty of great hiking and scenery all around. A great place to decompress yet plenty of activities nearby. Great value for the price I especially appreciated the fireplace and the firewood. Highly recommended!」
