"First the positives: Clean; thank you. A/c & refrigerator worked well. Other than that, this facility was unbelievable. An inn? $96 for this property? What looked like a storage container with tiny rooms was located in a huge dirt lot. The room was so small that there was no sink in the bathroom! The pictures online gave a totally unrealistic picture. FALSE ADVERTISING: 1) The manager insisted that all the beds in the facility were queen size; they were NOT. Our bed was a full size, much smaller than our queen bed at home. 2) Breakfast stated online to open at 6 a.m; we were told it was available starting at 7:30 a.m. This problem was also stated in an online review. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ERRONEOUS ONLINE INFORMATION."

"Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Very close to the road to Carlsbad Caverns. No elevator."

"The check out clerk in the morning refused to give me a receipt. He told me he could not do it and that he would have to get his manager to do it for him. What kind of nonsense is that? It sounds more like a scam or something along those lines. Or it sounds like pure laziness."
