  • Enjoy fresh beach-cottage style in the best location in Carlsbad! 3021 Ocean Street is a 2 story beachfront property that sits at the northern end of Carlsbad State Beach with unobstructed ocean views and direct access to the sand and easy walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants in Carlsbad Village. The house also sits about a block and a half from the public boardwalk that runs along the coast, where you can walk/run with expansive ocean views. The property can be rented weekly as a 4 bedroom / 4 bath home or as two individual 2 bedroom / 2 bath units. The prices listed here are for the downstairs unit. (The 4 bedroom 4 bath house is listed at #222535). Both units have private deck space and BBQs; this unit has access to the hot tub.
