Morco Manor - Showcase 3-bedroom house in Cardington

  • Completely remodeled, historic home in picturesque Cardington. With three bedrooms, there's plenty of space to relax. The house has one and a half bathrooms including a bathtub/shower. Natural cherry hardwood floors throughout and a dining room full of character, built around the original 1840's staircase and adjacent galley style kitchen with all amenities provided. The backyard is half-acre deep and features a fire pit, stone patio, grill, picnic table and chairs. This house can fit the needs of a family or an individual. House is located just 15 minutes from the Cardinal Shooting Range, hosting local and national shooting events. A half-hour drive on country roads will get you to Delaware, Ohio, home of The Little Brown Jug, Ohio Wesleyan University, and birthplace of President R.B. Hayes. Also just a short drive to Mt Gilead and Marion, Ohio, with plenty of shopping and home of President Harding. Or stay local and experience Cardington, where you are a half-block leisurely walk from the park, the falls of the Whetstone river, Victorian mansions and the downtown area featuring a library, coffee shop, various eateries and ice cream shop.
