The flat is in a quiet area ensuring you a peaceful and relaxing stay. There is free parking space available just outside the property. It is a ground floor flat in a four-storey residential building. Easy access for elderly and disabled as well.

Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just a snack you will find everything you need from cookware to utensils in our fully equipped kitchen. It includes also a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer.

The dining offers a perfect space with a four-person dining table perfect for meals and work.

The sitting corner with a sofa, an armchair, coffee table, standing lamp and TV makes a cozy spot for family or friends to entertain and spend some quality time together playing board games, watching TV, chatting, reading books or watching movies or favourite shows.

This lovely living room also opens in a shared little garden-an open space covered in grass and ornamental plants.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe with mirror, shelf and hangers, iron and pressing table, hairdryer, sewing kit and a chest of drawers. The curtains turn days into nights for naps or resting time.

Our small bedroom is a good-vibes, warm space filled in with a wardrobe that has one shelf and hangers, a stackable single bed that can be easily turned into two single beds or even a double bed when brought together.

Every room is warmed up by modern electric radiators that can be operated easily.

The Bathroom is bright and clean. A bathtub with wall mounted handles for extra safety, shower curtain, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels and slippers perfect for a comforting shower. There is also a small, mirrored- cupboard just over the washing basin where you can find the first aid kit and a holder for your toothbrushes. Of course, toilet is also available.
