The town is in the region of SIERRA MÁGINA with beautiful villages. Very well communicated . Three kilometers from the A-44 highway.
30 kms to Jaén and 68 kms to Granada.
Very close to Ubeda and Baeza (World Heritage cities-UNESCO)
Ideal place to visit the surroundings of SIERRA MÁGINA.
Carchelejo is a quiet town, full of magic and charm where you will feel welcomed by its inhabitants
The festivities (13-14 August 15) are declared of national tourist interest
Village full of history and typical corners.
You can taste the best extra virgin olive oil from around the world.

The accommodation is new construction. It has armored entrance door. Very bright. All exterior rooms. Closures climalit. Large and independent rooms. One double bedroom has a private bathroom. Another double bedroom and a double bedroom share a bathroom.

Séjour agréable dans une location très confortable

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé, climatisation très apprécié, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et très disponibles. Seul bémol appartement proche d'un café où les gens du village se réunissent tardivement en parlant un peu fort (nous avons séjourné en août). Bien situé par rapport à Grenade (45 mn en voiture) et Cordoue (1h 30). Je recommande vivement cette location.

Unas vacaciones estupenda

Hemos pasado la semana Santa en la casa de Maribel, una persona muy cariñosa y encantadora. La casa esta perfecta no falta nada. Hay espacio para todos y se situa en una zona tranquila en pleno centro. Nos llevamos un bonito recuerdo de la gente de Carchelejo, de los bocadillos de Fina y del pollo asado del bar de arriba👏🏽. Un pueblo y su gente muy acogedor. El pueblo esta al lado de la autopista lo que nos ha permitido visitar Cordoba, Jaén, Baeza, Granada y mucho mas. Una semana perfecta que recordaremos con mucho cariño. Gracias Maribel y Cachelejo😘

Well furnished home, lovely little town and very friendly owner

We stayed here for 3 days to visit Granada and Cordoba. We totally enjoyed our stay here. Maribel was a very friendly host and she made us feel like at home. She showed us around the town to see how it started several hundred years ago. The house is well furnished and tastefully decorated. We had everything we need to make our meals. We would definitely return to stay here again if there is an opportunity.
