「Limpo e novinho. O quarto é bem pequenino」

「Primeiramente, quando chegamos, a recepcionista nos disse que não estávamos no hotel certo, mas nos incentivou a pagar mais para ficar lá. Ela levou muito tempo para explicar tudo, muito lentamente, o que me irritou. Sou inglesa, mas falo português fluentemente, e tínhamos viajado o dia todo, estávamos exaustos e queríamos tomar um banho e descansar, então isso me incomodou. Além disso, havia um bar bem em frente que tocava música ao vivo até por volta da meia-noite, quando começou o karaokê....
