This is a beautiful hotel in the hacienda style, with separate buildings, a surrounding wall and beautifully manicured grounds with many replica pre-Columbian sculptures and figurines. It is located on the slopes of the mountains just south of downtown Morelia, about a ten-minute cab ride, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk from the central city. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. It is a gorgeous place which we highly recommend.

This place is beautiful for great price. The restaurant on site had delicious food with low prices. Very spacious rooms, the grounds were well maintained, swimming pool was available, but the weather did not permit us to use it. Would stay here again.

We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices).
The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary.
The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries.

Todo está perfecto, solo que una cama le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero de ahí todo es excelente, siempre hay agua caliente, café gratis, el WiFi es excelente (ojo yo fui en un día donde no había mucha gente en el hotel), el desayuno fue muy bueno!!, hasta nos prendieron la chimenea!! Excelente servicio!!!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at the large cabin. It was nicer than what we expected. Since we went in mid January, we enjoyed the fireplace at night with a glass of wine. I liked the location, it’s private, safe and close to the main road. It’s in a rustic area, but very close to the town of Quiroga. I would definitely recommend it.

One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.
