Captiva Beach Sunset is located on North Captiva Island—a remote, bridge-free barrier island accessible only by boat or private plane. There are no cars, no traffic, and no stress. Guests arrive via ferry or private charter (we recommend Island Girl Charters) and explore the island by golf cart.
This home is managed by Shally’s Seashells Property Management, a trusted local team that provides grocery stocking and personalized guest services to make your stay effortless.
The home features private beach access just steps away via a sandy path, unobstructed Gulf views from every level, and accommodations for up to 15 guests in beds plus additional options for children. Enjoy a private heated pool, high-speed Starlink internet, and two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) included with your stay. An airstrip membership is also available for guests arriving by private plane. A $120 damage protection insurance policy is required and covers up to $5,000 in accidental damages.
Ground Level – The private heated pool offers both sun and shaded lounge areas. The IPE wood decking includes chaise lounges, tables, and chairs. Outdoor entertainment includes custom corn hole boards and a giant Connect Four. Other outdoor amenities include an enclosed changing room, outdoor shower, propane Weber grill, beach chairs, and umbrella.
First Floor – Four bedrooms and a laundry room are located on this floor.
Master Suite One includes a king bed, 32” ROKU TV/DVD, full en-suite bath with shower, and a screened porch overlooking the Gulf.
Master Suite Two includes a king bed plus a twin armchair bed, a 32” ROKU TV, full en-suite bath with dual shower heads, and a screened porch overlooking the Gulf.
Bedroom Three includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps four), one single twin bed, a kids table with chairs and books, and access to a shared full bath in the hallway with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks.
Bedroom Four includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps four), one twin armchair bed, and indoor games like giant Connect Four and ring toss.
Second Floor – This level features the gourmet kitchen, dining area, great room, a screened porch, and a full bath.
The kitchen includes reverse osmosis filtration, stainless steel appliances, two French door refrigerators, a drip coffee maker, Keurig/Nespresso machine, blender, crockpot, electric griddle, and more.
The dining area includes a breakfast bar that seats six and a dining table that seats eight.
The great room features a large sectional sofa, an 85” UHD Smart TV, pool table, darts, and a bar cabinet with a nugget ice machine and full set of barware.
The screened porch includes a high-top dining table, bistro table, and rocking chairs.
The full bath includes a marble-tiled tub/shower with dual shower heads.
Third Floor – Bedroom Five includes a king bed, 40” ROKU TV, two private tiled porches (one sunrise-facing and one sunset-facing), and an expansive rooftop sun deck with Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges.
