It's Closed Down!

I attempted to phone the B&B before I arrived, but there was no answer on the sole number provided, but this did not concern me as it's a B&B and you can't expect someone to be there 24/7. However, when I arrived, the B&B was closed down! No-one there, no notice, nothing. Be careful, as when asking Expedia for a refund, they said that they would contact the B&B to request one - it's closed down, what do they expect? I'll bet that they still received their commission from the payment that they took from me though.
