moment feels like a breath of fresh, salty air. This lovely modern
apartment is located on the well-known Blouberg beachfront, offering
views of the iconic Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
As you enter the property you will be greeted with the fully equipped
kitchen featuring everything you will need for a comfortable
self-catering stay. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine for
added convenience.
The living area features a flatscreen television, internet access with
comfortable couch and a round dining set with seating for up to four
guests.
The property has two bedrooms, one bedroom features a comfy double bed
while the other is fitted with a single bed. The shared bathroom is
equipped with a washbasin and vanity, shower, and toilet. Guests can
access a secure parking area and the communal swimming pool within the
remote-access complex. Concierge services are available, and linen and
towels are included with your stay.
The apartment is also within walking distance to the beach, allowing
guests to easily soak up the sun or take a scenic stroll along the
shoreline.
Visitors to Bloubergstrand can enjoy sunbathing, spend the day at the
beach, or have a drink at one of the many seaside eateries in the area.
The Beach Break apartment complex is conveniently located near Table
View Point and Kite Beach, which is a remarkable sight when numerous
professional kitesurfers take to the skies – or rather, the waves!
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
