As far as the pool is concerned: we don't usually heat it in summer but have had a few unusually cool evenings so that may be a something to consider, and thank you for the feedback. The gin lounge usually only closes after 23h00 and we are not sure why this was not your experience. We will discuss the issue with the team and thank you also for the feedback on that.
