At your "Happy Place", entertaining is made easy with a fully-stocked kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

INTERIOR
-The master bedroom boasts a king bed, attached en suite bathroom and large patio doors that open to the lanai!
-The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to the lanai through a patio door as well.
-The third bedroom contains a bunk bed with a twin over double bed and a pull out trundle to sleep up to 4!
-Open concept living room offers a large picture window to watch the sunrise, a dual reclining couch, 4 chairs and a TV.
-The living room also offers a desk for those of you who bring your work with you! We offer high speed wi-fi throughout the home and outdoor lanai.

The pool can be heated to a temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit at no additional fee. If you would like the pool heated above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, an additional $15/night fee applies. There is no charge to heat the spa! Max pool heating temperature, is 87 degrees Fahrenheit. Please let us know 48 hours prior to arrival if this is something you would like. Please note, cooler outdoor temperatures may cause the pool temperature to fluctuate. Outdoor temperatures below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the pool and spa heater is not available and discounts will not be given as we cannot control the weather. *Tampering of pool heating equipment is not allowed and will incur an additional charge for equipment maintenance.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property except one owners closet in the master bathroom.
Other things to note
Our home can accommodate up to 8. One king bed, 1 queen bed, and a twin over double bunk with a twin trundle.
We have a pool barrier in the storage garage that you are welcome to use for safety of young children. Please let us know prior to check in if you would like the pool barrier installed prior to your arrival.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21
Booking guest must be 21 years of age and staying for the entire reservation.
No third party bookings or you will be required to vacate and forfeit all of your payment.

Max occupancy: 8. You will be required to vacate and forfeit all of your payment if the occupancy is exceeded.

Pool/Spa: Children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
If you have small children, please let us know prior to check in so we can install the pool barrier per Florida law for child safety.

You (occupant) agree to assume all risk associated with the use of any leisure equipment present at the property.

Any damage must be reported to the property manager immediately and we reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement.

This home is in a residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 10pm.

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

Guests will not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the premises.

You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
