Family vacation

The property is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! My wife and I brought my parents and our teenage children and there was plenty of room and entertainment at the house when we stayed there and also supplies for the beach, even coolers and ice packs. This is our 2nd stay here and strongly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a place with great amenities and a beautiful, clean house.

Awesome house

Very clean and quiet place! There was myself, husband, adult son plus our 13 and 15 year olds and the house was so spacious. The outside area is perfect and huge as well! Would stay again for sure!

Amazing property and communication!

This place is amazing. Plenty of room to spread out and has almost everything you would need at your disposable. We fished, lounged by the pool, went to the beach and had a wonderful 2 weeks. They are very responsive! Would highly recommend!!

What a beautiful property with all the amenities - more than you can imagine! My family loved every minute of our stay, from swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hottub, playing pool, and interesting enough Ping-Pong. We've never played Ping-Pong before but found our selves playing every night with some very intense matches! We had so much fun at this property that boy of my boys (ages 9 and 11) could not hold their tears back as we said our last good-bye.The host was amazing to work with, very accomadating and fast to respond! I highly recommend this property - so many wonderful features for all ages!

Perfect Vacaya

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever rented for our vacation. The host really went all out to make our stay exceptional. We spent most of our time outdoors on the beautiful back patio and dock. We ventured out a couple of times but the house was so nice we didn't want to leave.

Beautiful House With a lot to do

The house is very spacious for the 6 of us and had plenty of things to do, including a very nice pool and hot tub, outdoor area to hang out and play games, ping pong, fishing gear and more. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had a great time in a beautiful house!

Bday weekend

We had a blast. The house was perfect. The only down side was Hurricane Helen but the house held up beautiful and Janice and John were there the following day to make sure everything was ok and that was a great to know! Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family!!!

Great property!

Loved the house. It was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed all of the amenities during our stay and didn't find anything that was missing. We were in town for a basketball tournament in Fort Myers and the location of the house was perfect. It was very easy to get to the arena and back. We found several excellent restaurants close by too. We will be back.

This place is clean, beautiful & literally has every accomodation you could ever think of. From the bigger things to even the smaller things that most wouldn't think about. There was plenty to do for all ages (fishing, swimming, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, etc). We didn't even want to leave the house the 9 nights/10 days that we stayed. We only left to eat at Clase Azul & to go to Captiva for fishing & catching sun rays. The fishing at the house, under the large tiki, was a blast. We caught at least 10 different species of fish. The only small thing that we had an "issue" with, was there not being a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We did fix the issue with a couple of fans that we found. It worked out just fine for us. Oh and don't forget the bug spray. The mosquitos & no-see-ums were awful - but you'll have that this time of year in Florida. 10/10 recommend this place. We plan on making this our yearly vacation house. Oooh & watching fireworks on the upper balcony, were phenomenal. It was unreal. The host was amazing & answered every question that we had.

The place was nice overall but a lot of the remotes didn’t work for fans and lights and such. The batteries for the thermostat were dead when we arrived and the house was very cold, we did eventually find batteries and the thermostat worked and overall it didn’t ruin the trip but for the price of the house the expectation was that all things would be working on the property upon arrival. The house was very clean and matched the pictures! A lot of amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella that were useful for our beach trips! Loved that we had a second fridge in the garage to store drinks in. I was worried as I didn’t have much communication from the hosts prior to arrival but the door code worked and we had no problems getting in to the property. There is construction going on next door when we stayed but that’s not hosts fault, just be aware that you may hear construction early in the day during the week for the time being! Overall it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our family trip!
