このセンセーショナルで最近改装されたvactionレンタルホームのほとんどの部屋からの息をのむような水の景色。 南東のケープ��ーラルに位置し、食��やショッピングから数分。 デッキを歩いてヨットのジップを見たり、ボートを借りたりして、フォートマイヤーズビーチとサニベル島の白い砂浜で15分です。 宿泊施設は、ホートンパークとボートランプから徒歩圏内にあり、カルーシャッチー川のすぐ近くにあります。

ヴィラリバービューには、3つのベッドルームに6人まで収容できる十分なスペースがあります。 3つのバスルーム、大型の設備の整ったキッチン、そして水、水、その他の水の遮るもののない眺めのある大きなリビングルーム。

Fantastic property, major bug problem

Fantastic property in a prime position overlooking the river. We picked this property because of the position. But we had an unacceptable problem with cockroaches. The property management company acted immediately and offered us a good selection of alternatives and we moved to a much better unit. Being a smaller unit and no view they also provided a good refund of the difference. Much praise for Vesteva. This did impact on our vacation, losing a day moving and a less superior property.

House on the river

We enjoyed our stay at this property, although we were a little disappointed in how it was stocked. They provided a “starter kit” with supplies, but the kit included only one trash bag, one dishwasher soap pack, one laundry soap pack, no tissues and no napkins. It was a hassle buying these items for our “stocked” house.

Riverview House

The location of this property is the best - the river view is stunning. The pool was warm enough to use on cooler days which is something that was important to us. Any issue that was reported to the property manager was resolved quickly. The only things that we felt could have been improved were: windows and screens were very dirty and we couldn't open them for cool air at night because of it AND not nearly enough small hand towels or wash cloths (something all other rentals have supplied).

Vacation

Beautiful view over looking the pool and river!!!However the house needs some attention. 2 broken drawers in the kitchen along with a broken can opener and cooking utensils. The lock on the kitchen slider doesn’t work so we put the broom handle to keep it from opening when we weren’t there. The air can only go to 72 degrees so the main bedroom was warm at night. We bought and extra fan but slept in a different room but smaller bed.

Wonderful view of the river

We enjoyed our stay. The host were excellent. they responded quickly to all our questions and issues. The TV did not work and when we notified them, they checked it out and delivered and set up a new TV the same day.The weather and pool were perfect the two weeks we were there and we swam everyday.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns als fünfköpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher, alle wichtigen Geschäfte erreicht man mit dem Auto in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten. Toller Sonnenaufgang- und Untergang von der Poolterrasse aus mit Blick auf die breite Flussmündung nahe der Midpoint Bridge

Very Nice Home

The home was very well appointed, great décor. Pool was perfect and everything was close such as dinning and shopping. Excellent neighborhood for walking or biking. Being on the water was a huge plus, very relaxing.

Great Stay

Had a couple of minor issues on arrival, unfamiliarity being some of it, the main issue regarding hot water supply was sorted super quick. Both the management and the owners were excellent, professional, efficient and friendly View from the pool deck is somewhat mesmerizing with what seems an ever changing outlook Local area really nice and of course is away from the theme park Florida, a really relaxing break Just really cheesed off that it is already booked for the snowbird season next year otherwise we would definitely have booked for a few weeks, may be 2026! Definitely recommend it

Staff very friendly

Beautiful water view and clean!

Great stay, a very clean and comfortable home. Excellent pool and view on the river. Very enjoyable stay and good location. We wish it would have been better Florida weather when we were visiting, unfortunately lots of rain, but we still enjoyed the pool as much as we could. It is definitely deeper than it looks! Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the pots, pans, and baking sheets, they seemed a bit old and scratched up.

Too many cockroaches

I understand that Florida is a warm country and roaches are common. But we counted over 10 roaches during our stay there (2 weeks), they just appeared over night. Most of them dead, so we weren't too worried. However on our last day a cockroach climbed out of the coffee pott. And that was it. Everything else is fine. Great location, clean house, good neighbourhood, loved the pool, the furniture need a little update.
