Your vacation at Casa D`Incanto awaits. This `Pet Friendly` home is perfect with its prime location and access to the Gulf of Mexico bordering a saltwater canal to launch your boat or the on-site kayaks. Dip your toes in the heated pool and lounge in the lanai enjoying your favorite concoctions.

The proximity to local dining, bars and live entertainment will be a big hit with all your guests with many spots being a short walk or bike ride away.

The home has many extras including a newly build Bocce Court, relaxing hammock and plenty of pool and beach toys.

The fenced in yard will be a big hit with your well-behaved pets so kick back and relax while your pets roam free in the back yard.

Perfect!

We absolutely fell in love with Cape Coral Casa ‘D’ Inca to is perfectly located within walking distance to the Saturday Farmers Market, the Monkey Bar, the Tiki Bar and so much more. Upon arrival, the house, pool and yard were clean, neat and tidy. We enjoyed the split floor plan which allowed for our guests to have their own bathroom and king bed. The home was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy the stay. Tatti, our property manager, quickly responded when contacted. We can’t wait for our next visit!
