Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Really close to grocery shopping. Bobby was very flexible and responsive.

Great host & location!

Bobby made the first half of our stay on the west side fabulous. Close to everything! Has all the pool and beach goodies!

Awesome getaway spot

The location was great with a lot of things to do and places to eat at within a close drive. The house and neighborhood are in a nice and quiet area, and the space is great for friends or a family to stay in. Loved having the pool to hang out in. The owners were great with communication and check in/out instructions. Would definitely recommend and would love to come for a stay again!

Five Stars All the Way Around

We had an incredible stay at this home in Cape Coral! The house was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve experienced. The location was peaceful, with the pool overlooking the canal creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The host, Bobby, was fantastic with communication. He was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We would highly recommend this home and Bobby as a host to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around!

Checked All The Boxes

This property is well cared for both inside and out. The yard is fenced on all four sides which was perfect for our dog. The lanai was clean and the pool was maintained at the perfect temperature. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. Bobby, the host was great to work with and always available to answer questions. We plan to book this home next year when visiting Cape Coral as it has everything we look for in a rental property.

Latitude Adjustment Indeed

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay. Bobby took care of everything in advance and was stellar about communicating through booking, arrival, check in, and checkout. House was clean, well organized, and looked identical to the photos. We wanted for nothing and if we had the house is 3 minutes for a Target. Would recommend, and would book again.
