Amazing vacation rental --"Villa Miranda" This property is in a very desirable SW Cape Coral location within a couple of blocks from the grocery store & strip mall. Thoughtfully furnished and decorated with the sole intent for a charming, relaxing & a comfortable space to enjoy! Great room/ dining & kitchen area are perfect for entertaining or for smaller, more private gatherings with a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and ample room for seating and dining. Each of the 3 bedrooms have nice, good quality furnishings and higher quality linens and provide plenty of space for your personal belongings. The glass enclosed Florida Room is the perfect spot for relaxing or dining while enjoying the privacy fenced back yard with lush tropical landscape creating an inviting Oasis. There is also a brand new gas BBQ grill available for our guests. Hurry & Make your next vacation the ultimate Florida experience at "Villa Miranda"!

Great value for the price
Cute house, but several lights/switches did not work. Specifically the vanity lights over the Master sink. We were left a dishwasher full of dishes that needed re-washed. The dryer takes too long to dry clothes. Our feet were black on the bottoms if we walked barefoot on the floors. I tried to mop myself, but it was just a cheap sponge mop on the property that didn't do a very good job. Just an honest review. Not trying to bash anyone. We still couldn't beat the price. You can't even get a hotel room that cheap.

Perfect location and home
Home was decorated so beautifully. Well equipped kitchen, bed was comfortable. We rented bikes for the week and having a garage was so helpful for safely storing the bikes at night. Location was within reasonable distances to Red Sox and Twins spring baseball stadiums. Neighborhood Walmart only a few minutes away for quick access to groceries and sundries. Reasonably close to airport too. We would stay here again.

We were very comfortable here. The house is very clean and pleasant, with a screened shaded patio and enclosed back yard. It is in a walkable neighborhood not far from grocery stores and downtown Cape Coral. The host was easily contacted and replied promptly to any concerns.

Everything as expected
We stayed 11 days at this house and it had everything that we needed. Communication was great. Greg even called to check on us after a huge storm went through. Highly recommend.

Owner Is Watching Every Move
The owner has cameras everwhere and is watching every move. If tou looking to visit on a work trip beware. The owner is very particular on whom they want renting out there place and will make excuses to visit the poperty if you dont fall within what they are looking for. We will not be usinf them again in the future.

Nice property
Bright, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to the grocery store. ROKU TV may be a problem for some.
