No heated pool

This property advertised a heated pool but it is only kept at 80. They text and stated the fee to heat it was $25 per day only AFTER we checked in. The contract does not state that. Now they have threatened to charge my cc $195 and we did not use the pool as the neighbors decided to put up a privacy fence during our stay.
