"Manatee Suites" Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour.
“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for couples or groups. All 3 private suites offer a king-sized bed, living room, and private laundry room. Suites 1 and 2 have well-equipped kitchenettes, and Suite 3 has a full kitchen. Level one is a common area we call the "Sea Level Lounge".

Common areas with 2 other suites include a stairway, elevator, sea-level lounge (large gathering room on the dock level with games and bar) and Dock with Tiki.
