This new built villa is a design villa with high standards. It is located in one the most beautiful areas in Cape Coral, very convenient also for boaters! South exposure and water basin views are another highlight. With 4,400 sqft on 2 floors the villa offers plenty of space for a dream vacation!

The high class villa offers two living rooms, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Enough space even for two or more families. The many areas inside and outside ensure that everyone enjoys their private retreat! Only high quality materials were used during construction and also in the furnishing and decoration the high quality design was continued.

The pool area is second to none: the infinity saltwater pool in great design is an eye catcher with the waterline directly on pool deck level. Large enough to swim some laps with turquoise blue water make the pool a unique experience. The adjoining large whirlpool is an additional invitation to relax.

The generously designed terrace with plenty of sun loungers and lounge furniture offers lots of space to relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. You can also play some games at the outdoor pool table. Due to the south-west orientation of the pool you can enjoy the sun for a long time. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is at your disposal. Also from the balcony on the second floor you have a beautiful view and guaranteed gorgeous sunsets!

The large living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find an 75 inch TV with Apple TV. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker) in the house and outside so you can listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The master bath is large and brightly designed and also features an outdoor shower.

Upstairs is a second living room and a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here too is a luxury bathroom with all the details.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjacent dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances and a Nespresso machine await you (please bring your own capsules)!

Energy efficiency is important to us, so the villa's hot water is prepared with warm circulating air and there are variously adjustable air conditioning units in the house. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat!! There is no boating license necessary in Florida to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.

Awesome house and property but…

We really loved the house. It was super clean and well taken care of. The location is spot on in the heart of the channel even though it’s a 40 min ride to the lock and the restaurants. The only compliant we really have was it was advertised we’d have access to the garage and the boat lift. We checked in and quickly realized that was not the case. The owner had their vehicle locked up in it and we were cool with that. Would of just liked to know in advance. The other thing was we didn’t have access to the lift as it was told to us previously when we rented the boat that we would have access to. The owner wanted that also for his own boat. Minor complaints, that’s all. Not a deal breaker. Just would of liked to know beforehand. Thanks for a great week!
