You and your guests will love this magnificent Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family " children welcome" will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a wide canal and with beautiful boat ride alongside a natural preserve to the river, the Gulf of Mexico and beyond... Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. The foyer opens into the lovely great room with views of the pool and canal through the Lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen nook, and a large kitchen with pantry, large master bedroom with sliding doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate tub and shower and a walk in closet. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and the laundry room is just off the kitchen with a large pantry. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the most desirable areas of SW Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a wrap around dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. While boating, the entire way out you will be passing through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cape Coral past huge waterfront houses and impressive boats, beautiful manicured lawns and impressive gardens. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Sanibel Island beckons boaters and car owners. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach.

Did not meet the host. Small suggestions though. Have outside light on for arriving guests! Hard to fumble in the dark with a lockbox and a phone flashlight The large sliding doors to the lanai were lovely in daytime, but I would have wished for more privacy at night. There appeared to be blinds, but no way to lower them. There was a remote for small dining area window, but I found none for the sliding doors. Messaged the host on this but did not receive an answer. Otherwise, place was well maintained and amenities were very good.

My family and I loved our stay here. With 3 young kids the pool was a hit. The pool was heated and we all had a blast. Super clean. Probably one of the cleanest rentals we have been to. Neighborhood was super quiet and perfect for morning or night runs or bike rides. We would love to return.

Quite neighborhood, amazing accomodations! Had absolutely everything we needed. All the extras were so much appreciated. Kitchen stocked with everything, including baking supplies. Offered a variety of seasonings for cooking and condiments, and even had cold bottled water stocked ready to drink. Super comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Plenty of towels and extra toiletries if needed. Clean and comfortable home. Pool was well maintained and offered pool toys for kids.Having the garage to park in was a bonus.

Beautiful house

It was perfect for our family, the pool was heated and clean! The girls loved the canal we saw flying fish and pretty large fish there. The bathroom was huge and perfect for all of us getting ready everyday. It was fully stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen was great for entertaining. My favorite was the pool patio overlocking the canal. The beds were comfortable and clean. I give this place a 10/10

I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN.

Wanda and I liked the home layout, bright, airy and well apointed. It had eveything we needed, we brought more than we really needed. My bride loved the pool, seating out enjoying the sun and listening to me playing my guitar. We would very likely rent this home again.

The house is neatly kept and we enjoyed our stay. Cape Coral is a nice place to stay. Cape coral is also close to several nice Florida destinations. Went to Sanibel and drove down to Marco Island. We enjoyed some of the local golf courses and got some fishing in as well.

We were able to check in early which helped my husband greatly since he drove down. They have everything you can think of for the pool, beach, kitchen. The house is very comfortable and clean. Fishing off the dock, heated pool would have liked it a little warmer , local park nearby. Thank you.

Fantastic house, beautiful property

The house was great, the views out the back towards the canal were excellent! Local establishments were very close, and very inviting. We made a lot of new friends while visiting the town. A short trip to Sanibel island for shell collecting made her trip, and just the comfort of the home made my stay well worth the affordable price. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for the "Florida" experience.

Great place... very quiet neighborhood. Did not realize we were a few miles and would need to drive to get to any resturant, store, etc . Awesome park called Sand Park only blocks away that we rode the bikes from property to play pickle ball. The park haf lots to offer- tennis, golf putting, kid activities.

This property has it all. The pool was clean and has pool toys and floats. We sat on the dock and done a little fishing, just caught cat fish. Very well appointed. It is close to Bokeelia fishing pier. You have Cape Coral yacht club where you can watch the sun set. The property is beautiful. Please check out the spice cabinet before shopping. We are in a few times and there nothing I needed that wasn't there. The bed was comfortable, there were 2 of us so we didn't need the other 2 rooms.

Very nice house in a quiet area of Cape Coral

Comfortable and quiet. Met our needs and then some as the kitchen had so many basic supplies - no need to bring spices or most condiments! Pillows could be updated with more variety, the pool was useable but needed to have water added every week. Don, the property manager was great to work with and very helpful. Also, for some reason, some of the cable channels pixelated. Not a big deal to us. All in all it was a very relaxing month.

Picture Perfect Vacation in Cape Coral

JoAnne and Ed's home in Cape Coral is the epitome of a wonderful vacation respite and home base for daily adventures in the area. The house is immaculate and every bed in the home is incredibly comfortable. The layout of the house makes it perfect for families with a wing for the kiddos and a master wing on the other side of the house. But, of course the shining jewel is the clean, warm pool, complete with water toys. After exploring the area all day, it was so calming to realize that we had that pool to come home to and unwind in. The communication with the property manager was always met with a swift and appropriate reply. When traveling with young kids it's always a relief to have things go smoothly and staying in this beautiful home made our vacation one of the best we've had. Thanks so much to JoAnne, Ed and Don for making our stay so enjoyable and for sharing your lovely space!

Perfect Getaway

We are a family of 5 and we absolutely loved this house. The house was clean and very well kept, looked exactly like is shown. It had everything we could possibly need while there and then some. The beds were super comfortable and that is something I struggle with when not sleeping in my own bed. I liked it so much I'm tempted to contact them to find out what kind of bed it was! The kids (ages 13,11 & 6) loved the pool and the toys/floaties that were there to use, the pool water was the perfect temperature too. They also were excited that there were fishing rods in the garage, and they could do a little fishing. The only downside was the location, it was a little far from everything we went to check out while there. But that being said, we would stay again. We also think it would be a great house for an adult getaway with friends.

Sunshine in Cape Coral

Beautiful clean home. We had two issues that we were disappointed. The first one being the light was out in the second bathroom. We contacted Don on Monday. He said he would be out Tuesday to take a look. He didn’t show up. It was still out Thursday when we left. Darkness in a bathroom can be an issue. The second one was Don contacted me to say the pool guy would be out Wednesday to take a look at the pool. They had been having issues with it. He called back the following day to say he wouldn’t be there until Friday which was great as we were che licking out Thursday. We left for a quick lunch on Wednesday. When we got back the pool guy was there adding water and chemicals. It was not a really warm day but the water was very pleasant in the morning before we left. After adding more water the temperature dropped and we were unable to enjoy the pool on our last day.
