- Welcome to your private Cape Coral escape! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home sits in a quiet SE Cape neighborhood just off Cape Coral Parkway, near Publix, with easy access to the beaches of Cape Coral, Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach.

- Private, heated pool, newly resurfaced, with pavers and a screened pool cage
- Lanai with outdoor smart TV, fan, hi-top table for 4 and a serving table
- Grill, fire pit and outdoor shower in a fully private yard
