Hot tub was great , temp is adjustable for hot or cool days. Plenty of jets and big beach towels to use as needed.Landscaping is great w/ a lot of thought and hardwork. Basalt column fountain is amazing and adds to the ambiance of the covered bar and grill area. Host & property manager respond fast to inquiries. If in the area again we will use this property! 10 out of 10!

The entire property was awesome! Looks even better in person than in the pictures. Kids enjoyed the pool and the pool amenities, adults enjoyed the hot tub, tiki bar, and rhe grill! Definitely will want to rebook when next time staying in cape coral!

This was our second time at Tiki Del Sol, and it was just as great as the first. We finally had the chance to enjoy the hot tub this time — it was perfect! The host is fantastic and always makes us feel welcome. We’re actually buying a home in Cape Coral ourselves, but we’ll definitely be recommending Tiki Del Sol to our family and friends.

This was the perfect vacation! The house was clean and perfect for relaxation, pool and hot tub. Patio and yard was worderful soooo peaceful any time of the day. Close to stores and restaurants and easy to get to beaches if thats on your list! Great communication for check in and out and Im sure if anything would have gone wrong we would have gotten a quick response but everything was perfect for our 5 night stay!!

Great property

We stayed 3 nights. The pictures are very accurate. The house is spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were great. We were traveling with a toddler so we had to be really watchful with him because the pool is open to the house. It is in a nice birdcage area and the whole backyard is fenced but once you go out on the patio the pool is right there. Good for adults but not toddlers. There is no grassy area for kids to play, so if that is an issue then you won’t like this property. The area outside the pool is terraced and covered with gravel. The house had plenty of amenities, including beach towels and some beach toys in garage. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but kitchen seemed well equipped. Nice neighborhood and the way the house is located it is private. You don’t really see neighbors. But there is a busy road nearby so you can hear traffic. Overall this is a very nice property for this area. Traffic to go anywhere was really congested though, at least in February. But you can walk to nearby shopping area that has dollar store and some good restaurants and Anytime Fitness.

Nice house in Cape Coral

Overall the house is great! The main suite bedroom was comfy! Tons of beach towels! There was handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and lots of seasonings and coffee in the house. Even butter! The solar cover for the pool is great! Easy off and on and was probably the only reason we were able to get in the pool with the temps Cape Coral had during our stay. Hot tub was fantastic! Just keep it covered when not using and it stayed nice and warm. The house location was great! You can walk to nearby restaurants Torched Bar & Grill (music almost every night) and Keg and Cow (beer and burgers). I think the house just needs some minor maintenance and cleaning. Broken toilet seat, broken glass cooktop (still works kinda), and not one single pan with teflon left on it. We purchased a pan at Walmart and donated it to the house. Owner was responsive. Overall we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the house.

Spectacular

We had such a wonderful time in this house. It was perfect for a family and the kids lived in the pool. We were switching houses and he was kind enough to let us check in early after the cleaners left. We would definitely stay here again. Especially after we had such a terrible time at our original house.

Excellent

Spacious and welcoming. All appliances and kitchen equipment in decent working order. Patio / pool area very good and screens all in very good condition. Our family meet with friends and everyone had a great time. Heated pool an absolute bonus. Rented over the Boxing Day new year period. Would recommend and stay again.
