  • The "Ram de Mar" villa with its unique location integrated into the slope of the Font de Sa Cala, fascinates with its wonderful sea view. The villa has 450m2 of habitable surface, spread over 4 bedrooms and a studio. Refresh yourself in its 11m x 5.50m pool with sea views or relax on one of its comfortable loungers while sunbathing. Generously distributed over several levels, you will find comfort in this house for 10 people.



    The exterior equipped with high-quality furniture, the pool chill-out area makes this villa unique. Enjoy your vacation in this house especially in the outdoor covered area with dining table, barbecue shed and ping pong.



    Find inside various areas for your rest, satellite TV in the living room. Modern kitchen completely renovated with all the necessary amenities during your stay. Common areas where you can eat or have breakfast. Two bathrooms with bathtub and two other bathrooms with shower are available. One of the rooms has a King Size bed, another with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. The main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Another air conditioning in the hallway cools three other bedrooms when the doors are open. Enough fans are available. From some of the rooms you can enjoy a terrace with sea views.
