Welcome to this beautiful apartment situated in Cala Rajada and very close to the sea. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the apartment, which offers unobstructed views of the surroundings, while you organise your day on the island. Being in a building, the house has direct neighbours.

The interior of the property is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has satellite TV and AC. It is open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes with ease. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Cala Rajada is a great tourist destination on the island of Mallorca. It offers all the necessary services for an independent stay as well as a beautiful white sandy beach, Cala Agulla, although there are other beautiful beaches in the area such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The nearest beach is Na Ferradura, less than a kilometre away. The area enjoys a great nightlife and you can visit nearby monuments such as the caves of Artà or the Castle of Capdepera.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay here. To us it served as a base after long days of staying at the beach and partying. For that purpose and price it was great. The check-in was very easy and flexible, the host always responded quickly and was always open to help. We even got 2 seperate keys after asking for it. It was also very convenient, that there was a supermarket just around the corner. However if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay for longer hours during the day, I would not recommend this place. The appartment is surrounded by hotels, which is why it can get noisy day & night. The TV was not working, the WiFi was not very good. The windows in the bathroom were broken and therefore hard to open. I personally found the bed a bit too hard, but my friend had no problems with it. All of this aside it was a safe and mostly clean place to rest at night and cook some meals during the day. We heavily used the balcony, which was beautiful to sit and eat on. I recommend!

Wer Stadtgeräusche Tag und Nacht in seinem Urlaub braucht, ist in dieser Wohnung sehr gut aufgehoben. Da wird schon mal nachts um 1 Uhr die Mülltonnen geleert, tagsüber wird permanent die Hotelanlage gegenüber beliefert. Lieber bezahle ich einen höheren Mietpreis, als nochmals so eine laute Whg zu mieten.

Saubere und für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichende Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Betten sind super. Matratzen sind schön hart und trotzdem bequem. Das einzige was etwas schade war, dass das Internet echt nicht gut ist und kein Smart-TV vorhanden ist. Sollte man also am Abend zum schlafen, etc. gern eine Serie/Film schauen wollen, ist dies nicht möglich. Die Umgebung an sich ist größtenteils ruhig, kann durch Hotelanlagen und Verkehr zwischendurch mal etwas lauter werden für kurze Zeit, aber das hat nie wirklich gestört. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Einkaufsladen (Eroski-Center), wo man alles was man braucht einkaufen kann, was sehr angenehm ist.

Super leichter und flexibler Check-In, die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Das Parken ist direkt vor der Tür möglich und kostet nicht extra, die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Leider war das Bett nicht zufriedenstellend. Zum einen, weil das Doppelbett aus zwei einzelnen Betten, die zusammengeschoben sind, besteht und zum anderen waren die Matratzen sehr alt und total ungemütlich sind. Dadurch waren die Nächte leider nicht sehr erholsam.

We really enjoy staying in the apartment. It's very close to the beach and has a supermarket nearby and nice restaurants. We particularly enjoy "Tango" a place where they sell argentinean empanadas. The only thing is that it can be noisy at night (as it faces the street). You also need to get your own washing liquid and there are no spare bin bags.
