  • Villa Ava is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by pine trees in the heart of lush vegetation.

    In a dominant position, it is bathed in light from morning to evening. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

    It consists of a main house and an outbuilding.

    Villa Ava is a 5-minute walk from Capbreton town centre, the market and all the shops. The beaches are a 5-minute bike ride away, there is also a free shuttle bus at the end of the street. Bicycles are available on request.

    We live there all year round with our 5 children, so you will find a family atmosphere. The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and the outbuilding of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
