Located on the second floor (no elevator), this bright 60-square-meter apartment with a 13-square-meter balcony can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll enjoy a pleasant setting with a view of the street and a glimpse of the harbor.

The apartment consists of:

- a comfortable living room with a dining area,
- a furnished 13 m² balcony,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator),
- two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer,
- TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi,
- ceiling fans, radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The accommodation also has a private parking in the basement.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
