"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room ..."

The bus service No 100 from Nice to Monaco is excellent @ 1.50 euros a trip, but beware it stops running after 2000hrs and the taxis are very very expensive avoid them at all costs while in the area.
