「We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!」

「The host was very responsive. We even had 10 inches of snow one night and they had someone come and plow the driveway twice and then sent someone to shovel and salt/sand all the walks and the driveway by 8 am the next morning. The house had many amenities that made us feel at home, including spices and every utensil imaginable in the kitchen, many games and books for entertainment, and other thoughtful items in the bathrooms and rest of the house. Very well decorated with attention to detail....

「First a couple of positives, the house was in a nice, quiet subdivision. The owner has someone nearby to respond to problems. The house appeared to be as clean as possible. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but the coffee pot leaked.However, the house was neither cozy nor beautiful as described by the owner. When we first walked in the door, the house smelled like a musty basement. The carpeting was old and stained. The air conditioning did not work well. One part of the house could be warm...

「Nice quiet location for our stay. Overall well equipped but minimal silverware. Keurig coffee was provided which was a nice addition. Minimal ice, only one tray. Beds were comfortable and rooms with necessities available. Location was perfect to get to the convention center in about 12-15 minutes and close to restaurants. Host was very responsive. Overall a great stay! Thanks!」
