House was nice and really close to the Football Hall of Fame. The host is very responsive before and during the stay. House can sleep 10 however there is only 1 shower.

So much promise

A group of 6 women stayed the weekend for a fun gathering. We chose the house due to its proximity to Gervasi Vineyard (10 minute drive). The house is listed as a four bedroom (accurate) and 3 bathrooms (questionably accurate). There is a full bathroom on the main floor with 3 bedrooms, a half bath on the second floor with severely sloping ceiling (I’m 5’8” and fit okay, but my 6’6” son would not have even tried), and the third bathroom was a wide open toilet and sink next to the dryer in the unfinished basement. Since we were originally planning for 8 women to stay, 3 bathrooms was a huge draw for this house. When I arrived at check in time, the house had not yet been cleaned. The homeowner was very quick to react, promised it would be cleaned right away and it was. He also refunded the cleaning fee which was appreciated. There was 6 inches of untouched snow on the driveway that was not removed during our stay. By Sunday, the temperature had dropped and the snow had turned to ice - we were fortunate that no one fell. Saturday morning we woke up to no heat in the home. The owner was very quick to respond, and the furnace was fixed a few hours later with no issues. One last item to note was that the kitchen was poorly stocked. Overall, we had a great weekend. The house is very cute and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The homeowner was open to our criticism and I truly believe that he will make the needed improvements.

Family wedding

10 of us stayed at the VRBO for a family wedding. It was nice to be together in a house instead of a hotel room. There was family from Michigan and California and we enjoyed catching up during down time. We had to stagger showers since it only had I shower but it did have another bathroom to use. The house could use more glasses and pots and pans to prepare some meals.

Nice large home

This property was a perfect spot for our team. 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room upstairs gave everyone lots of space. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.
