「This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.」

「This was our first time visiting lake havasu city and we enjoyed our stay here! The check-in process was super easy and the home was perfect for us and another couple. The home was extremely clean and is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the back and would hangout and drink our coffee there in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and safe located about 5 minutes up the hill from the London bridge area. Definitely recommend this home if you're looking...

「Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.」

「We rented the Beach house for a fishing trip. My husband and I hoped to catch the Redear Sunfish spawn but were about one week too early. We loved the location for launch, groceries, gas stations, etc. Sam is a great host. The property was spotless and decorated so attractively. My husband and I are already talking about booking the Beach House for next year!」

「Nice end unit townhouse only attached on one side. Awesome natural light ceiling sunroofs all over and big windows and sliding glass door. Clean week kept grounds outside. Inside also clean and comfortable, close to everything. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning. Host is very nice. Will definitely stay again 」

Do not like the fact that when I got into the Vrbo site, it was not clear how to access my info on how to get into the building. My husband and I tried everything in the site we could think of and finally the info popped up; after 40 minutes of trying! My husband is a navigation Pro but couldn't figure it out. Also, there was no contact name and number at the actual site to call. We tried the Verizon number and...

「The owner was wonderful. Kept communicating with us. Paid for heating the pool but it was not the best weather for that. Very clean. The carpet in one bedroom smelled like cat urine but the owner said it was a water leak & he was taking the carpet out. Very nice owners to deal with.」
