"Would recommend! The room was clean but the next door property left take away food outside the door and the food remained on the floor for the next few days. Great location, lovely little pool but quite noisy with people sat outside at night, the hotel does say to be quiet from 10pm but this was not the case (at no fault of the hotel) great place to stay for an enjoyable stay in Anna Maria"

"Brittany was the most attentive host for our stay! We are former locals who came in to visit with an ailing family member so we were stressed and exhausted from flying and driving in from all over the country. We stayed here with 4 kids and the hot tub was a perfect break from the beach. The house is wonderfully set up to host many families at once and we didnt feel like we were on top of eachother. The location is fantastic and made lugging kids and stuff back and forth to the beach a breeze. There is a crosswalk and lifeguard station right there. Its tucked between two large houses and we lucked out with great neighbors on both sides for the length of our stay. Being set back might seem not the best but I promise you it is. We had no excessive road noise, the house stayed cool, and the rooftop balcony gave a great view at sunset. I can't mention how good Brittany was enough- I know that a lot of the stay depends on your host and she is top tier and we will book again. Also eat at Smoqe House!"

"Room was very clean & nice but lacking as far as having plates/ silverware or access to ice etc as it’s a separate sort of cottage which wasn’t clear on the booking site "

"Very comfortable unit. However, if you have physical limitations, there are two flights of stairs - 15 steps from ground level to 1st floor (living room, kitchen/dining, powder room) and 18 steps from 1st to 2nd floors (bedrooms/baths/laundry). The garage is orderly and offers 1 car parking beach chairs/cart and bicycles. Owners/hosts were very responsive to questions, requests, etc. Will go again!"

"Great place with great location, very private peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for upscale not the property for yo then, it’s definitely old old Florida but worth the visit if you don’t care about fancy living. "
