Good and nice hotel restaurant. Semi-good aircondition and kitchen facilities. Clean pool large enough to swim in, nearby runningtrail. 1km to beach and 1km to shopping Centre (opposition directions), frequent local buses. Good value, we are happy with our stay.

Comfy, clean and convenient.

Lovely, surprisingly spacious apartment with loft bedroom. Excellent roomy shower with two heads. Comfy beds. Easy check-in, check-out process.🙂 The only thing wrong was a broken stovetop. We couldn't get the elements to heat up -- even after going online to research the brand.😐

We had no major issues. The place is a bit tired to be honest and on our last night there of the 12 we had neighbours and you could literally hear them as if they were standing next to you due to the adjoining internal door. Overall satisfied and the staff were nice. We found the location good, we had a car but often walked the 20 mins to the train station to travel to other towns. Cleanliness was not an issue, would like the outdoor areas to be more usable, not overly private and the outdoor furniture would have been better being on a patio rather than grass.

Nice and quiet, nice beds. Yet, The smallest living space imaginable. The bathroom is atrocious. The toilet is a broom cupboard… you have maybe half a metre square to move in. There barely is room for the door to open against the bathtub. Terrible. Very cheap finishings. no oven in kitchen… kitchen is a 1 metre long bench with barely any utensils. No dish cloth. How are you supposed to dry your dishes? Quiet location otherwise.

I was shocked by the condition of this hotel room. The room was dirty from the moment I walked in. There was visible mold (moho) in the bathroom, the towels looked like they had already been used, and the entire room smelled terrible. Nothing matched the pictures shown online—it felt like a completely different place.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the towels, and the entire place was quite dirty. Although we had booked the apartment for four people, the fourth sleeping arrangement was in terrible condition — completely unsuitable for use. None of us, including the children, could sleep properly as we were itching all night. After staying here, we all developed red marks on our bodies, which was very concerning. We strongly hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again

Fantastic location, well maintained and comfy

This was our end location for our European tour and it was the perfect place to spend the majority of our holiday. Starting with location, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the village and the beaches, or you can use the free MIMO bus which has stood right at the entrance. The accommodation was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy, air con was very powerful and much needed during the heatwave they had whilst we were there. Pools are clean, constantly maintained and big enough to accommodate all the guests required. Laundry for 5 euro a wash is excellent too. It’s such a shame that the on-site restaurant/bar is no longer open, this would have been a great addition and another option for dining out. Overall I highly recommend staying at Zenitude and should we visit this area again, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Front desk closed at 8 pm. I arrived at 10 pm and my taxi was unable to access the reception area. They claim to have sent me a message but I never received it. Terrible location and had to get a taxi to another hotel as Zenitude is remote and not good for gusets without a car.

Zenitude is an ok place.The rooms themselves are fine and are a great size. The bed was comfortable and its unique as the main bed/ bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is about a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the train station and main restaurants and 20 min to the harbor. Unfortunately, the property grounds are not well kept with overgrown grass, bushes and weeds. The biggest issue for us is the sewer smell in the bathroom. We needed to keep the door closed to keep the smell contained. The first condo we were in the smell was everywhere. Thankfully, the lovely front desk person let us move to a different condo, which was better. I think the drainage in the area is lacking. So overall, we had an ok stay.

Disgusting behaviour from the staffs

The hotel it self was fine but the people running it are awful and rude, I paid at check in and was charged €100 after I checked out without knowing, apparently the hotel was left dirty, dirty meaning, the bed wasn’t made and the towels weren’t folded back to how they were. No hotel expects their costumers to clean up after they have left! And no policy was explained when checking in for this matter. Hotels have cleaners for a reason I don’t see how the guests staying are expected to clean the whole place before leaving specially with kids. When calling to inquire about the money being taken they simply just hung up and did not pick up after several calls. It’s broad daylight robbery and I will be taking this matter further until a refund is issued. If policy was explained I would have understood, but as nothing was explained and a payment was taken without an approval I will be taking this matter further. Staff are very rude to English people. Think twice before staying!
