This two bedroom apartment is brand new and extremely well furnished. It is located on the second floor, with a lift.

There is a large open kitchen and living area with a large dining table for 6 persons. The large living room with two beautiful, comfortable sofas, opens up onto a wide terrace, that overlooks the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is 16mÂ². There is also a 3mÂ² balcony. There is a table for four on the terrace where you can hold a meeting, enjoy a meal or a coffee break. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The first bedroom boasts a large double bed and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is extremely luxurious as you will find a Jacuzzi and top quality finishing.
