Beachfront summer apartment with balcony and sea view set directly on the famous boulevard La Croisette. This apartment is a great home base to explore one of the most popular destination during the summer in Europe, Cannes! The apartment is directly on the boulevard La Croisette, which is full of designer stores, restaurants, and cafes. Enjoy the best of Cannes by walking around La Croisette towards the old city centre. It is just 15 minutes to Palais de Festival and 20 minutes to Le Suquet - medieval part of the city full of jazz bars, indie stores, and bistros serving Provençal dishes line the streets. If you are looking for a safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place!

This 37 sq.m. apartment features a double room, perfect for couples and accommodating up to 2 people. The living room area opens up to a balcony offering stunning views of La Croisette beach. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience.

- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment

Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until 23.00 - 30 EUR, after 23.00 - 50 EUR.

Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure.

Great stay for Cannes Lions

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, very clean and great location. AC worked very well. Lovely balcony to enjoy evening meals or drinks. Highly recommend.
