Panoramic Views - 3 Bedrooms in White Spruce Lodge
Located in the heart of Canmore, White Spruce Lodge #107 is part of Mountain Vista Properties portfolio of luxurious condos we manage within Spring Creek. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom corner suite is 1,800 sq ft., sleeps 8 and includes a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have windows. It offers ample sunshine, is spacious and perfect for families who want room to spread out.
The suite is a pleasant 10 minute walk to downtown, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor infinity hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! Step out onto the large L-shaped wraparound balcony complete with natural gas BBQ, comfortable patio furniture, a table and chairs to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The south east facing balcony and windows overlook the sun-filled vistas of the Three Sisters Mountain Range and also the Rundle Mountain Range.
This is the ideal base for your Mountain adventure!
**PLEASE NOTE: SAME DAY BOOKING WILL HAVE A 6:00 PM CHECK IN. THIS IS DUE TO LAST MINUTE CLEANING SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS.
The hot tub and gym are common to the building and available for your use during your stay. The hot tub has a reservation system where you book one - 30 minute appointment per day for your private use. This is to avoid partying groups from hijacking the hot tub for hours and other guests not getting to use it. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.
The building has a "quiet time" period between 10pm and 8am where guests must keep noise, music, loud talking, etc to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed. This includes doing laundry after 10pm as the vibrations of the machines disturb adjoining suites.
Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. Two underground parking spots in the heated parkade are included. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available.
Host is a local and lives minutes away from Spring Creek. Available to help you plan your week and provide recommendations - restaurants, activities, tourist attractions, great scenic drives and more!
